Miguel de Cervantes Was A Novelist, Poet & Playwright

Miguel de Cervantes’s, he was considered to be novelist, playwright & poet. Miguel de Cervantes was born in 1547 on September 29th at Alcala which we believe his born place was 32 km a far from Madrid, Spain. His life span is spread over 69 years and departed this world later on April 22, 1616 at Madrid. He was regarded as an important celebrated figure in Spanish literature. Miguel de Cervantes had written a famous novel named novel Don Quixote, which we believe, it was converted later on in sixty languages. Just after his birth he was baptised on October 9, 1547. His position was 4th among seven children. His father was a barber-surgeon who used to set bones, performed blood-lettings, and attended lesser therapeutic.

It is believed Miguel de Cervantes and his family had moved city to city while he was child with one or the other cause, clearly known what was the motive behind this movement, may be because of his early education or for the other cause. Unlike the majority Spanish writers of his era, including some of humble origin, he evidently did not go to a university but it was true he had become later on an avid reader of books. What is certain is that at some stage Miguel de Cervantes became an avid reader of books. His primary published poem was out when Philip II’s juvenile queen departed this world, Elizabeth of Valois.

It was in record that Miguel de Cervantes died on April 22, 1616 at Madrid. It was that how he was gone was not clearly known, but it is believed he was suffering from Diabetes, may be the cause of his departure was believed to be Diabetes. His death was due to diabetes, due this severe disease his liver affected with cirrhosis. People recognized his character as true legend, some of its famous poems also found in La Galatea. His best poems could be found in sonnets also. Hence this character was true inspiration for the people.
